The Charleston Landmark Project

CHARM is excited to be part of the new Charleston Landmark Project aimed at adding a unique focal point and tourist attraction to downtown Charleston. This effort is the brainchild of Mary Moore Manley, a native of Charleston. A search will occur over the next several months to find a winning design that will bring visitors into our community and create a new downtown focal point.

Beautification is one of the goals of our efforts. We were able to purchase a neglected property on Main Street and clean it up and make it into an inviting and usable space for the community.

Planter Boxes

In conjunction with Day 3 Seeds founder, Mike Mueller, CHARM has adorned the downtown area with ten planter boxes. Sponsored by local donors to honor loved ones or promote businesses, these boxes add charm and beauty to the downtown district.
